Please review the information below to understand our shipping process and conditions.

General Shipping Information

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

- Packages can be opened or inspected at the door.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.

- For approved refund requests, Dan will cover all related shipping and handling costs.

- During Sale periods, refunds are not permitted. 

Estimated Delivery Time:

- Delivery takes 3-5 business days to Cairo, Giza & Alexandria residences. 

- Shipment to other governances takes 7-10 business days based on zone.

 .تُحسب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام عملية الشراء

.يمكن فتح الشحنة أو فحصها عند الباب

 .رسوم الشحن غير مستردة

.في حال الموافقة على طلبات الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل

.في حال الموافقة على طلبات الاسترجاع، تتحمل دان جميع تكاليف الشحن والتوصيل

.خلال فترات التخفيضات، لا يُسمح باسترجاع المنتج

:وقت التسليم المتوقع

.يستغرق الشحن من ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل لسكان القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية

 .يستغرق الشحن إلى المحافظات الأخرى من ٧ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل حسب المنطقة
