You can order only up to 3 items per order.

  • Refund Policy:

Please check your order before paying, while the courier is outside your door, and decide whether you will keep it or want to refund it on the spot.

NOTE: This will be your only way to refund your order.

  • Exchange Policy:

For exchanging your order, you will only have to pay for the delivery fees before he leaves, and contact us for the item you want instead within 3 days. We don't accept exchanges after 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges without the hangtag, or those submitted after 3 days, will not be accepted.

  • Sale Policy:

Sale items CANNOT be refunded; you can ONLY exchange your item within 3 days.

    • Defective or Incorrect Items: 

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer either an exchange or a full refund, based on your preference.

    Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

    لاستبدال طلبك، ما عليك سوى دفع رسوم التوصيل قبل مغادرة المندوب، والتواصل معنا لاستلام المنتج الذي  تريده خلال ٣ أيام فقط من وقت استلام الشحنة لا نسمح بالاستبدال بعد ٣ أيام

    .لن نقبل الاستبدالات بدون بطاقة التعليق، أو التي يتم تقديمها بعد ٣ أيام

    General Shipping Information

    - Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

    - Packages can be opened or inspected at the door.

    - Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    - For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.

    - For approved refund requests, Dan will cover all related shipping and handling costs.

    - During Sale periods, refunds are not permitted. 

    Estimated Delivery Time:

    - Delivery takes 3-5 business days to Cairo, Giza & Alexandria residences. 

    - Shipment to other governances takes 7-10 business days based on zone.

    .خلال فترات التخفيضات، لا يُسمح باسترجاع المنتج

    :وقت التسليم المتوقع

    .يستغرق الشحن من ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل لسكان القاهرة والجيزة والإسكندرية

     .يستغرق الشحن إلى المحافظات الأخرى من ٧ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل حسب المنطقة
